This is a great property if you wish for something a bit different, all the mod cons, very clean, comfortable and easy access to the Village, parking, great for a holiday on your own, with friends, to use as a base or just chill out. The property is unique because the front part of the house was built 200 years ago when the local area was thriving with building stone properties.
The rear part of the house is built into the rock yet with modern techniques you would not realise this. The house is a real tardis and deceptive in size. The rooms are bright and well proportioned. When exceptionally hot outside the pleasant internal temperate is exactly what makes this place so lovely. When cooler outside during the winter the gas thermostatic radiator heating system quickly warms the temperature.
Whether morning or afternoon you can enjoy the balcony and the superb views into the village, perhaps in the evening when enjoying a glass of wine here or in the garden.
The pleasant small garden opposite offers you the opportunity to relax your holiday away or enjoy your meals with friends.
The accommodation is extremely flexible to meet your needs and privacy as group or space if one family.

DEPOSIT, SECURITY & BOOKINGS
All bookings are as per our terms and conditions.
You may pay in full via Paypal (subject to admin payment of £35), or direct payment to our bank account (nil cost) which we will provide on request. Our rental costs are U.K based hence if monies are transferred online direct to our bank we do not charge transaction charges. Where International payments are concerned we charge the banks transaction charges. This provides both parties with an auditable tracking system. Please use your name as a reference and the date booked. If you wish to pay via cheque, payable to the Owner, we must receive this via first class post within a maximum of 5 working days of your reservation.
All bookings via this site are non refundable, except of course the refundable security deposit which is subject to our terms and conditions.
The £250 security booking which is refunded should the property be left in the condition it was found and no breakages, damage or items missing. We do hope you enjoy your holiday and our aim is to fully return this unless the above happens. This will be refunded subject to the above within 14 days of check out. If you do break or damage something please replace like for like and report any damage as soon as possible to avoid future guest disappointment.
The person booking the holiday takes responsibility for all persons sharing the property, the names of which must be included within the booking information.
For security reasons we will require the full names of all guests and ages if under 25.

We do not share any information with third parties – we do not like it ourselves and know many people share our concern with those who do! Information is only held by ourselves for security and administration. Only if governmental agencies request the information in cases of security will it be shared.
