When cooler outside during the winter the gas radiator heating system quickly warms the house.

The accommodation is extremely flexible to meet your needs and privacy as group or family. There are two child gates available which are recommended to use if you take younger children*.
Lounge, kitchen diner, a ground floor lounge, bedroom with ensuite. The ground floor bedroom with en-suite is a modern troglodyte room but with modern design. Good for anyone who prefers to be on the ground floor, elderly or who are less mobile. Everyone who has slept there says they slept very soundly.
The two first floor twin bedrooms each have their own character. One exceptionally large, with high beamed ceilings and views across the park and towards the village. The other troglodyte twin room has high beamed ceiling with internal french window

Large airy lounge, some lovely double aspect views (including two double french doors to secure balcony) so you can either enjoy the space as one group or enjoy both lounges for different uses.
