When viewing properties in France you need to ensure your budget range has been secured in principle via mortgage or as a cash purchase. Hence, prior to viewing you will need to have sufficient and full funds available and any pre arranged mortgage financial offers  in principle and in writing,  covering the sum you are eligible to borrow.
